helpful and current information about our

The Homeowners Association is governed by a set of Conditions, Covenants &
Restrictions (CCR's) which is a part of all
purchase agreements for homes sold in the neighborhood. The full text of
the CCR's will be provided on this site (partial list is up now) and we encourage every resident to
read and become familiar with the rules by which we have all agreed to
live.

Common Area Access
TPSHA residents should refer to the
annual homeowner directory for a map of the neighborhood and locations
showing easements to the common areas (ponds). Please use the
easements or try to follow a reasonable property line when accessing the
ponds. |
Funded by annual dues which are assessed
quarterly, the Association is managed by an all-volunteer Board
of Directors. Concerns or issues can always be directed to
the Board, but many common topics are addressed on our Frequently
Asked Questions (f.a.q.) page. |
