Annual Meeting
Every year in January, the Travis Pointe South Homeowners Association conducts an open meeting for all residents. The purpose of this meeting is to report on Board and neighborhood activities, to present and approve the annual budget, and to nominate and vote on new Board members. The annual meeting is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and learn about issues and events that may affect our community.

Documents that are distributed as part of the annual meeting include minutes from the previous year's meeting, the proposed budget for the coming year, and the TPSHA Residents' Directory. The Residents' Directory contains many helpful pieces of information about Travis Pointe South, as well as a complete list of residents and contact information.
