Snow removal from neighborhood roads and driveways is provided as part of your annual dues. Residents are responsible for marking their driveways and road frontage with reflectors to assure that the plowing service can see the edges/limits to be cleared.
All roads and driveways will be plowed if there is a snow event of 3″ or greater. A sand/salt mixture may be applied at intersections if temperature and conditions are warranted.
Residents are responsible for their own sidewalks, and to assist in keeping the mailbox area cleared of snow. There is a shovel and salt stored in the pillars at the north entrance by the mailboxes. Please lend a hand when needed.
