Travis Pointe South is a beautiful neighborhood of comfortable homes and spacious lots located in Lodi Township, between Ann Arbor and Saline, Michigan. This website is an on-line service of the Homeowners Association, intended to provide our residents with helpful and current information about our community.

The Homeowners Association is governed by a set of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CCRs) which is a part of all purchase agreements for homes sold in the neighborhood. Pertinent CCR excerpts are provided on this site along with a full download version, and we encourage every resident to read and become familiar with these rules.

Funded by annual dues which are assessed quarterly, the Association is managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. Concerns or issues can always be directed to the Board, but many common topics are addressed on our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page.
